The Center for Teaching & Learning currently provides resources and support for Blackboard Vista,
TurnItIn, and Centra. Our technical support staff
assists students with accessing these products
as well as using their various features. Support
is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through
Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, and on
a limited basis on weekends. Support is unavailable
when the University is closed.
Common areas of support include:
• How to log in to the product
• Problems encountered with access
• Using the product’s communication
tools
• Uploading papers or submitting assignments
• Supported browser settings and computer
configurations
• Difficulties or error messages encountered
