This form is for help with supported e-Learning systems such as Blackboard Vista, Turnitin, and Centra. Be aware that the request you submit by using this form will be placed in queue with others and it will be handled as soon as possible, but it may take as long as 24 business hours for a response to be given.

If you are an on-campus student and have sent in a Help Request in regards to off-campus access issues (e.g. from your home or elsewhere), please note that we cannot guarantee resolution of issues associated with technicalities beyond our control such as your ISP, firewalls, popup blockers, unsupported computer configurations, etc. 

The computers in the labs and library on campus have the supported configurations needed for best access, therefore we recommended that you use the on-campus computers if you are unable to use your off-campus computer for access.
